An t-seachdain seo: Cric Crag Crùbag
This week’s craft is based on one of the excellent Leugh le Linda episodes which the Gaelic Books Council has been running weekly throughout lockdown. The whole series is available on YouTube and this is the link to the relevant one for this week’s craft activity: https://youtu.be/087jKFunzr8.
Hopefully we will soon get an opportunity to visit a beach to use some of this vocabulary!

Tràigh -Beach
Faoilleach -Seagull
Tràigh -Beach
Song Time
On the video Linda sings three songs and reads the Cric Crac Crùbag book which many of you will recognise from Cròileagan. We have included all the words of the songs on as some of them are slightly different to those we normally sing.
Craft Time
The craft is quite easy, just draw one large circle and four smaller ones from red paper or card (or white paper and colour it in) fold over the circles, stick them down and draw on some legs and eyes.
